Poor customer service. When we arrived Denver we couldn’t find the pickup point no sign.didn’t matter because the van rarely appears. I called the phone # at least 11 times, never got an answer When we finally got to the office we were told they didn’t have a car, but would upgrade the 2 of us to a minivan. Not my preferred car, I asked about all of the SUV s parked outside and was told”they are reserved for other people” but didn’t explain why they didn’t reserve my car! Horrible, horrible, horrible! You will wait forever only to be bait and switched!
I was unable to rent from this location because they had no vehicles available. The staff went out of her way to find me help through one of their competitors. That doesn't happen much in today's world. Thank You!!!
