AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Routes and every company associated in this location are disingenuous liars! I had a rental with Routes and spoke to Jay once the shuttle finally arrived at their location on Cypress. *They aren't located at the airport rental center*. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! The check in and check out process is horrible and long. Theres not enough people at the counter to help speed up the process. Then you have to wait forever for the shuttle to take you to the airport. Also, my rental car was dirty.
I was very disappointed with this rental car location. They don’t open until 6 AM, but I needed to be at the airport by 5 AM. When I arrived early, the location was closed with no drop box available for returning the keys. I called customer service and was told I had to wait to hand the keys to a person, which wasn’t possible since I had to catch my flight.
