The BEST eBike store in San Antonio. I have purchased 2 Aventons from here. Today I had an issue w accelerator cable and BALT fixed it in 3 minutes without having to unload my bike. And no charge !! Great people here.
Went in to see if I could ask a question about how to adjust forks was very helpful show me what to do in his computer also showed me about seat shock absorber sometimes I just need help. Appreciate Thank you.
I love this shop. It's located in the South Town area, which helps you avoid the traffic of downtown. They always have a great selection of bikes there too, I have purchased two Aventon e-bikes from them, the pace 350, & 500, for my food delivery job. Because of this purchase I have been MVP at my job for the last 4 years, (most sales, most deliveries, most tips) when the bike company discontinued my Pace 350 model(after 3 years, and 10,000 miles, right as I needed a part!) the workers at HUB helped me get into a newer model... read more

Avoid. They don’t know what they’re doing. Will try to upsell a bike. Went there around April. Brought in an older white Peugeot bike. To be fair, I was greeted warmly by an older gentleman. I was told the axel rod from the bike needed to be switched. They were going to trade out the pedals, and do an overall tune up. They kept the bike, I got the quote after following up.
