ABOSLUTELY MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY OUT THERE. MY 1200 DOLLAR COUCH HAS BEEN AT THEIR RAIL YARD SINCE 3/7, ITS NOW 3/24. I HAVE CALLED THEIR CORPORATE NUMBER TO SCHEDULE A DELIVERY EVERY WEEK SINCE THE 7TH AND I KEEP GETTING TOLD SOMEONE WILL CALL TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY THAT WEEK. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. IF YOU HAVE A DELIVERY HANDLED BY THEM, CANCEL THE ORDER, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE IT!!!!!

I ordered a mattress, and unfortunately this company is who delivered it. Not only were they highly unprofessional and rude, but they dragged my mattress through the mulch of my newly landscaped yard, and into my new build home. With that, they marked up the entire stairwell, and instead of maneuvering the mattress around the half wall, they made a sad attempt to push it over it. This company is a joke. Starting to think they do not exist. They have had my package for weeks and set up fake delivery days that get canceled. Do not work with these people.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Worst non existent customer service, worst delivery mishandlement, worst communication. Used by an online retailer for shipment and help my multi thousand dollar package hostage for weeks, not answering their phones or chat, and not bothering to reach out to me for delivery. Awful service, had to report the charge to my bank and this business to business authorities.
