Incredibly unprofessional, showed up at our house and left without contacting us. I had to re-schedule for the middle of the day on a Saturday and when I called in to check on the status, Janet was adamant she couldn't look me up by my delivery address even though Amy had done the exact same thing the previous afternoon. Janet refused to accept that she could look me up and eventually told me I'll call you back and hung up on me. I wouldn't trust these people to deliver a pizza.

Poor washer installation caused us water damage. Drain hose not clamped. Couldn't get anyone out to fix for 4 days! Had to use a heavy duty blower to dry the plank floors. Not very professional.

ABOSLUTELY MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY OUT THERE. MY 1200 DOLLAR COUCH HAS BEEN AT THEIR RAIL YARD SINCE 3/7, ITS NOW 3/24. I HAVE CALLED THEIR CORPORATE NUMBER TO SCHEDULE A DELIVERY EVERY WEEK SINCE THE 7TH AND I KEEP GETTING TOLD SOMEONE WILL CALL TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY THAT WEEK. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. IF YOU HAVE A DELIVERY HANDLED BY THEM, CANCEL THE ORDER, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE IT!!!!!

I ordered a mattress, and unfortunately this company is who delivered it. Not only were they highly unprofessional and rude, but they dragged my mattress through the mulch of my newly landscaped yard, and into my new build home. With that, they marked up the entire stairwell, and instead of maneuvering the mattress around the half wall, they made a sad attempt to push it over it. This company is a joke. Starting to think they do not exist. They have had my package for weeks and set up fake delivery days that get canceled. Do not work with these people.
