Our delivery men were awesome. Very kind, respectful of our property, very knowledgeable about our refrigerator, and efficient. So glad that we had them deliver our refrigerator and outdoor chairs.

I cannot believe this company exists, and getting Delivery & Pickup business from Home Depot. They never showed up for pickup, but they said they were there without calling, knocking on the door or ring the bell! And next day they give a 7-8 hours of pickup window again.. This company is a joke! Never do business with them.

Incredibly unprofessional, showed up at our house and left without contacting us. I had to re-schedule for the middle of the day on a Saturday and when I called in to check on the status, Janet was adamant she couldn't look me up by my delivery address even though Amy had done the exact same thing the previous afternoon. Janet refused to accept that she could look me up and eventually told me I'll call you back and hung up on me. I wouldn't trust these people to deliver a pizza.

Poor washer installation caused us water damage. Drain hose not clamped. Couldn't get anyone out to fix for 4 days! Had to use a heavy duty blower to dry the plank floors. Not very professional.
