I wish I could rate them a zero. I ordered a rug in March though a stylist and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. They promised that it will be delivered in June as its coming from Spain and then they said its in customs in July and when I contacted them in August, they said our order didnt make it before the summer break and would take another 4 weeks. I still haven't been contacted for a delivery after 6 weeks. They offered a replacement rug which was the wrong size and served no purpose. Pathetic customer service ... read more
Terrible store. I called them several times to ask for an item, I told them about the item and the price and all the info but they still didn’t know what it was. They said they would call me back but they never do! Just ignored me. Twice. Very rude service. Never returned my call and terrible at their job.
