I'm not a big spender, but the younger guy there bent over backwards to look things up and find exactly what I needed.
The lady owner was so incredibly rude, this place has a terrible vibe overall. The selection seems good but that can't undo the bad customer service. Go literally anywhere else.
Man was very arrogant... did not look up a crank puller for my bike on the computer.....I even told him exactly what kind of bike I had
Bike went in to get fixed... they did an excellent job. Staff were cheerful and very helpful. Thankyou.
