Very helpful.
We are touring and needed help with a gear issue. We stopped in and get to excellent care of us. No more grinding! Thank you for the prompt competent help.
Outstanding customer service! Great bike shop with lots of selection. Very grateful for their help today!
Best customer service I’ve received at a bike shop. Recently, I’ve decided to do my own maintenance. Bruce has been extremely helpful sourcing many of the small parts I’ve needed when other shops didn’t give me the time of day. Highly recommended.
