Hub City has excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable, reputable, and he knows what he is doing. I've dealt with them a few times and have always had great service. They have great bikes and you always know that they will run well. Would recommend this place to anyone who asks.
I'm definitely going to make Hub City my go to repair shop. The gentleman who serviced my e-trike, not only made a quick repair, he also provided useful information about accessing the best YouTube channel for diy repair. As well as courteous friendly service, I found his service charge so fair, I will give him the highest recommendation to anyone seeking cycle repair. Oh by the way, make sure to ask for Ted!
