I am so excited for my new bike. It rides like a dream. Meg with Hub City Cycles has made me feel good again, giving a big man the chance to ride again. Went to her shop to pick up my bike and everyone was so nice and helpful to me. They even helped me load into my vechile. She messaged me with updates the whole time. Great selection and the definition of customer service. My son bought a bike to commute to UL from Hub City Cycles and recommended them to us. He and they did not disappoint! My wife and I both bought bikes from Megan and Cannon who were beyond professional and friendly! This is a must buy place for your new or used bike!
Im 52 and just got back into biking due to these wonderful e bikes..... Anyhow this was the second bike shop i came to.... the first one I went to...not far from this place.... The older man.... older than me...acted like I didn't know what I was talking about when infact he wasn't educated enough when it comes to hydraulic brakes.... his bike mechanic knew exactly what I was talking about....but the old guy looked at me sideways.... They average a 4.8 for a reason! Bought a bike online and after a month the bottom bracket stopped spinning freely. Took it in to Hub City and the technician said it was assembled incorrectly. He had it fixed in less then 10 minutes. If your looking for a bike don't waste your time looking online. Go to Hub City you won't be dissapointed!! Jody
Absolutely love having Hub City Cycles nearby in downtown Lafayette. Cannon does an excellent job of taking care of all of my bicycle needs! From tuneups to new bike assemblies. I know I’m getting excellent service every time I walk through the door and reasonable pricing 🙌🏼
