I’ve been rolling on my bike I bought from Meg at Hub City Cycles since June of 2019. My husband also scored a fantastic vintage Schwinn bike at Hub City Cycles! Meg has always kept my family’s bikes tuned up well and ready for every festival and outing since that time. She even tuned us up to send us on our way to move to Richmond, VA in January of this year. The owner was working and she was informative and very helpful in assisting us with choosing a bicycle that fits my needs as well accessories such as helmet and bicycle lock. She is very practical and humorous. We were considering buying a bike for my husband also, but he is due to have bilateral knee surgeries in a few months, so she said he would be better off buying one after his surgery.
We are traveling and had a tire explode on us. Meg told us if we could get there before 4 they could fix it right away. We were there before 4…just barely and the service guy fixed it. Then he noticed that we had put the shaft on wrong for the handle bars. I was impressed he said something number one as he didn’t have to and #2 he said he would fix it the next day. Great service, great people! Thanks for taking care of us.
Friendly, professional, skilled and good prices. Best of all, I told them that I lived an hour away, and did not want to leave my bike. They dropped what they were doing and fixed my bike on the spot. The competition said I would have to leave it with them, and would not even agree to take a look at it . I had asked them to at least tell me what the cause of the problem was for a fee. They would not. Hub City is the clear choice. I am a happy customer 😊
Amazing friendly service! Bought my bike a while back and was given a lot of help with the right size and style. Recently had to go back when my wheels were stolen and she was extremely helpful and got me everything I needed. ordered, installed and I felt very taken care of. Good vibes in here too, for what it’s worth.
