I had a pretty complicated situation because my bike tire blew out and I needed my bike fixed as soon as possible. I contacted them, and they were able to have it ready the very next day. They also offered pickup and delivery, which was extremely helpful. They arrived right on time, and everyone was very friendly and professional. I really appreciate how quickly and smoothly everything was handled. Great service and highly recommended!
Mrs. Megan is wonderful!! Helped my fiancé and I out with a tune up for my bike and helped her find a new bike!! Awesome shop!!!
I am so excited for my new bike. It rides like a dream. Meg with Hub City Cycles has made me feel good again, giving a big man the chance to ride again. Went to her shop to pick up my bike and everyone was so nice and helpful to me. They even helped me load into my vechile. She messaged me with updates the whole time. I am definitely going back for a bike for daughter. I went to alot of shops, and I am glad I found them. I am so happy to begin this journey , and especially now I know I have an awesome support group-Hub City ... read more
I popped in on a day off to check out the current merchandise. I explained that I am casually looking for a second hand cruiser. When I wasn’t ready to commit the amount that was required right now, I was offered a great free option until I trade up. The staff member didn’t even know I was coming in willing to splurge on myself because it was my birthday, but he gave me an amazing birthday present all the same! Awesome business. Awesome staff. 💜
I had a great experience with Hub City Cycles. They are the ONLY bike shop in town that will do E-bike repairs on bikes not purchased in their shop, trust me I called everywhere. Not only that, but they did so with the same care and graciousness as if we had purchased the bike from them. We will be customers again in the future for sure.
