They average a 4.8 for a reason! Bought a bike online and after a month the bottom bracket stopped spinning freely. Took it in to Hub City and the technician said it was assembled incorrectly. He had it fixed in less then 10 minutes. If your looking for a bike don't waste your time looking online. Go to Hub City you won't be dissapointed!! Jody
Absolutely love having Hub City Cycles nearby in downtown Lafayette. Cannon does an excellent job of taking care of all of my bicycle needs! From tuneups to new bike assemblies. I know I’m getting excellent service every time I walk through the door and reasonable pricing 🙌🏼
Awesome experience. Went to buy a bike for my toddler and the team was so helpful, even chatting about options after hours. The owner is knowledgeable and kind. Her team is equally as competent and welcoming.
I’ve been rolling on my bike I bought from Meg at Hub City Cycles since June of 2019. My husband also scored a fantastic vintage Schwinn bike at Hub City Cycles! Meg has always kept my family’s bikes tuned up well and ready for every festival and outing since that time. She even tuned us up to send us on our way to move to Richmond, VA in January of this year. My friend and I just arrived in town and needed tubes. We were there waiting @ 20 to 10:00 when the gentlemen pulled up, led us right in with him. Great customer service with that personal touch. We will definitely return!
