I am so excited for my new bike. It rides like a dream. Meg with Hub City Cycles has made me feel good again, giving a big man the chance to ride again. Went to her shop to pick up my bike and everyone was so nice and helpful to me. They even helped me load into my vechile. She messaged me with updates the whole time. I popped in on a day off to check out the current merchandise. I explained that I am casually looking for a second hand cruiser. When I wasn’t ready to commit the amount that was required right now, I was offered a great free option until I trade up. The staff member didn’t even know I was coming in willing to splurge on myself because it was my birthday, but he gave me an amazing birthday present all the same! Awesome business. Awesome staff. 💜
Mrs. Megan is wonderful!! Helped my fiancé and I out with a tune up for my bike and helped her find a new bike!! Awesome shop!!!
I had a great experience with Hub City Cycles. They are the ONLY bike shop in town that will do E-bike repairs on bikes not purchased in their shop, trust me I called everywhere. Not only that, but they did so with the same care and graciousness as if we had purchased the bike from them. We will be customers again in the future for sure.
Absolutely love having Hub City Cycles nearby in downtown Lafayette. Cannon does an excellent job of taking care of all of my bicycle needs! From tuneups to new bike assemblies. I know I’m getting excellent service every time I walk through the door and reasonable pricing 🙌🏼
