I have been coming to Huang's Acupuncture for a couple of years now for maintenance work for severe pain (I have herniated and bulging disc's in my neck and back). This is what you are going to get when you come to this establishment: 1. People that will work with your busy schedule. 2. People that believe in "taking care of you". 3. Rude, dismissive, and a huge language/culture barrier from the nurse and doctor. Not veteran friendly. I was upset that they commented on my appearance and behavior more than my physical disability which was report to the VA. They used unnecessary adjectives like "Pretty" and "Very Polite". Which the VA takes as doing fine and not disabled. They refuse to update my initial intake assessment from 2023 even through it was a year ago and I presented with new symptoms.
