Old product Been buying stuff there for a while. Got some bad tobacco completely crispy didn't even want to stay in the tubes so we called them thinking they could fix it oh boy was I wrong. Got put on hold three times while they continued to have conversations then to top it off was told no they couldn't fix the problem it was against the law.
