Excellent staff and service, would highly recommend.
Unfortunately they make the buying of parts very complicated. I have a construction company and they require that i give them a g2 license in order to buy 26 blower fan replacements. However, I subcontract Ac repairs and gas work out to g2 licensed contractors. Long story short I have to get my licensed repairmen to make an account using their HVAC license and than inform them of which pieces they need to buy... than i have to somehow get the receipt so i can use it for my company taxes. Difficult sales people. Would not provide a quote on a heat pump that was speced from an engineer. Laziness is an ugly quality
