Had an important test & and an appointment about 3hrs away with a specialist! TBH, I was dreading it! All of it! I've had issues in the past with transport when I've had out of town appointments. HTM showed up right on time and the driver was great. Friendly, professional, compassionate & patient! (He picked me up @ 11:15am and we didn't get back until 7:30ish) painfully long day, but he never complained. Not once!
