We recently had my daughter’s iPad screen repaired here and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The service was fast, professional and the pricing was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes we received. They were friendly, honest and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process stress-free. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The phone works like new again! I got my laptop repaired from a screen blackening issue and Hong had repaired it however, the screen he put on is defective and is cracking all around the sides over the past days without any pressure applied. He now refuses to refund due to his shitty suppliers giving him the money from insurance even though he picked the supplier himself and has nothing to do with us. Excellent service. He ordered the part for me and I paid a deposit. Texted me when it came in and fixed it in 30mins. Tested and everything too. Was very thorough and friendly :)
Do not go to this place! On the website it states that you get a 3 month warranty on ALL repairs. When I got my phone screen fixed i picked it up in the morning after being asleep and the screen was shattered. After contacting the store he informed me that I will not be getting another repair. He does not use quality parts for repairs.
