He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The phone works like new again! I got my laptop repaired from a screen blackening issue and Hong had repaired it however, the screen he put on is defective and is cracking all around the sides over the past days without any pressure applied. He now refuses to refund due to his shitty suppliers giving him the money from insurance even though he picked the supplier himself and has nothing to do with us.
