Amazing team ,always welcoming and very helpful, big thank you to Jorge and Sam for always looking after me ,really appreciated. Highly recommend it and definitely my favourite H&T store in London
Overpriced basically a scam, selling triple the price of it's true value. Very poor service and staff. I asked staff to weigh the gold earrings but they were very rude and aggressive in their response saying that's it's really weird that I asked them to weigh it. They obviously don't understand how gold works. They didn't want me to question the fact that they're selling 1.5 grams of gold for 120£ which is barely £40 in scrap price. That's why they were so against me asking for the grams.
