Chris was an amazing teacher! Very kind and informative! Made the process so smooth
I highly recommend this company! The one on one training was great! I wouldn't ask for a better trainer! My anxiety was horrible around driving at one point I felt like I was never going to drive. Today I got my driver's license!
Excellent customer service from the office as well as the instructor! Made sure my husband was completely prepared with all of the necessary documents. Kristy even assisted in getting forms from the doctor! Chris made my husband feel so comfortable and confident. He was with us at the DPS to answer any additional questions. And, he is going to drive 2 1/2 hrs to us when the vehicle equipment is installed to make sure everything is correct! I would recommend H&T 1000%
Chris was excellent with mom. It’s difficult when a family member is needing evaluation to see if they cognitively can continue to drive. Chris put mom at ease, clearly explained the purpose of each step. He was kind and sensitive to her concerns, presenting the results with clear examples why she can no longer drive. It helped mom understand and accept the results as well as providing the family with explanations we can repeat for her in the future. Absolutely phenomenal driving instruction. The rehabilitation specialists will teach you to drive from the ground up. They are also patient, knowledgeable, have loads of experiences helping patients in need, and will do their absolute best to ensure you are able to safely drive again. My instructor was Melinda, and she was true a joy to undergo my driving rehabilitation journey with! If you want to increase your driving ability, I cant recommend these people more! 10/10!
