HST has been a huge help.
We have been using several of the HST products for a couple years now and have been very pleased. We moved to them from another software that was a nightmare, and we couldn't be happier with the switch. We are now transitioning to another one of their products, and cannot wait to see what new things they come out with in the future!
It's the only medical software that I have used that has been useful and intuitive. I work in a surgery center setting and it is built by the center. You have to do your due diligence in the build process for it to be useful to your center. I do think they need more clinical support but the software actually made charting easier. I have forever been an advocate for paper charting but this made charting easier from the nursing, physician and administrative perspective.
