The owner of this company is very professional and does it by the books! Great business and person to deal with!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would avoid using them. Their employees lie on legal documentation! They sent a process server to my home. I was not home at the time but my daughter was and her room is in the front of my house she looked out the window to see who was at the door and the man saw her and she closed her curtain and did not answer because she did not know the man at the door. Very nice, calm, empathetic, and professional server in Davenport.
They sent a process server to my home. She refused to show proof of anything, blocked my driveway, peeked in my windows after being asked to leave, refused to show proof of identity and purpose. Showed me a print out of legal rights from the state website (waved a clipboard while mumbling something about a warrant). Was vague on why she was there, just demanded I step outside. This is iowa, she's lucky I showed her the pewpew first. Very unprofessional. Only know why she was there and who she was because of court records.
