We was deeply disturbed at how these people looked in my window. They were overly aggressive to the point I was paralyzed. The cameras proved that they also lie on the affidavit of service If you found out that they’ve lied on your affidavit of service, please report them to the state senator this is what I’m doing They lie often in Missouri on the affidavit of service. I have used HSPS for all of my process service since 2013. The staff is kind and professional. The process service is fast and reliable. The owner has always been prompt and responsive to my specific requests. I recommend them to all of my peers.

I am an attorney of 39 years that has used HSPS since its inception. There is no question based on my experience HSPS enagages with the public with the highest regard for their privacy and consistently exhibits sound and ethical business practices. They are truly a leader in their field. While process serving by its very nature will cause resentment and that is an unfortunate by-prouct, HSPS strives to do the right thing for all parties concerned. My experience with HSPS Process Server Office was unprofessional and concerning. Process server Ezekiel Israel attempted service on 2/10/26 and 2/11/26. On the first attempt, he rang my doorbell while I was not home. On both dates, however, he opened my closed residential mailbox and placed a sticky note inside instructing me to call regarding legal paperwork. On 2/11/26, he did not ring the doorbell.
