My experience with HSPS Process Server Office was unprofessional and concerning. Process server Ezekiel Israel attempted service on 2/10/26 and 2/11/26. On the first attempt, he rang my doorbell while I was not home. On both dates, however, he opened my closed residential mailbox and placed a sticky note inside instructing me to call regarding legal paperwork. On 2/11/26, he did not ring the doorbell. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would avoid using them. Their employees lie on legal documentation! They sent a process server to my home. I was not home at the time but my daughter was and her room is in the front of my house she looked out the window to see who was at the door and the man saw her and she closed her curtain and did not answer because she did not know the man at the door.
