Terrible communication. I bought a yearbook from them and never received it because they did not appropriately notify us when they were available after not receiving them before the end of the school year. Made this purchase in March.

This company is AWFUL! Never returns calls or emails, waits until the 2nd to the last day of school to tell us we will have to pick up our yearbooks from their office because there was an issue with their "supplier". The pictures I get every year look awful and so photoshopped. I would never use them for anything!

I have called several times and left messages concerning damaged pictures HSP hasn't returned my calls. I really would like a refund or replacement of my pictures.
