Great customer service overall, the staff obviously care. Unfortunately one of the staff members had a horrible cough and whilst I sympathise, I had vulnerable people with me looking at beds and the staff member didn't seem to keep her distance which has resulted in me catching her cough. She also felt the need to touch my trainers and tell me how clean they were, not exactly the interaction I appreciate or want.

Sister and brother in law wanted riser/ recliners. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, more than other company's we have visited. Very professional!!
