My husband and I turned in our forms last year for the agency to complete, no need for appt they contact with questions and would complete. Almost a year later our taxes are not done and no communication or updates. Poor communication and unreliable. Will not be returning with our buisness. I do not recommend hsj & Associates. You might be better using Turbo tax...
We have used the online tax programs in the past. There always seemed to be a problem. So we tried HSJ 3 years ago and have been amazed by the ease of getting our taxes done every year. Karen S is wonderful, helpful, and always gets back to you in a timely fashion when contacting her. I would recommend HSJ to anyone looking for an accounting firm. Thanks so much to everyone there.
