I have been a patient at the HSHS St Elizabeth Outpatient Therapy office next to the Metroplex in O'fallon. I have nothing but OUTSTANDING things to say about the entire staff. They are very thoughtful and very attentive to my medical concerns and needs. Both the therapists in the back and the clerks at the front desk!
Easy to schedule, miracle workers, patient when helping with pain.
I hurt my shoulder a few month ago and my doctor recommended this place as one of the best around for rehabbing. Dr. Anne Lueken, Bob Lutz, PT and the wonderful office staff there (Tammy, Janice and all the people up front are wonderful, very patient with me in scheduling, etc) are outstanding and so easy to work with. 5 out of 5 stars for Professionalism, promptness and physical rehab-ability!
