Went in for a drug screen early only one person ahead of me and it took over 20 minutes to even get to the window even ignored by the staff attending. After watching them struggle to get my paperwork done and being bailed out by someone who knew what they were doing I was finally able to sit down only to have to wait over an hour watching people who enter before me get "prioritized" over me knowing full well it was the receptionist fault for the issue. Hours claim to be 7:30-4:00. It's posted online, on the front door, and its what they tell you when you call. All the same "Walk-ins end at 3:00" is what i was told when i showed up at 3:15. I asked about making an appointment for a future date and time and am told that they only do walk-ins. It seems it would be logical and more accurate to say your hours are actually 7:30-3:00. I hope to never have to return here again.
I’ve waiting to get a drug screen. It took over 2 hours to finally get called back and now they have me in a room I’m been alone in for almost another hour and a half. This is absolutely ridiculous and I sure will not be returning. I appreciate the front desk team they are very kind and helpful. Much love to you guys.
