No Staff - been waiting 45 minutes just to sort a minor account issue
I came to upgrade my account this afternoon, staff are really friendly and helpful! I will say it’s pretty efficient as well, def nice bank!
No counter service, can only get maximum £500 out and surly staff. Definitely a proponent of the sinister move to a cashless society. I guess HSBC are too busy laundering money for Mexican drug cartels and taking the side of the Chinese Communist Party on Hong Kong.
