Wanted to pay cash into my account. But was told to pay it in via post office. Not happy so payed my money into Santander.
Not open at weekends any more. So when can I go in? You know because I work in the week. At least Barclays is open half a day on Saturday mornings.

This is a totally digital branch which means they can't do anything for me that I can't do from home on my computer (i.e. they have no counter type services at all). The staff don't seem to care either. Why bother keeping it open?? Waste of time & money.
Went into Stafford branch to sort out a query, only to find branch closed. Wasted trip. Would be great if you updated the website to actually inform your customers if the bank is closed! ... I could have gone to a different branch but too late by then.
