Digital only bank. I went in with the most basic of requests and they refused to comply and called me difficult when I said I was autistic and needed help with the explanation that the branch now can't offer people any actual help anymore. Most people would call that discrimination. Waste of a building now. Another place in Kettering taking up space not offering any genuine services
They have practically no staff, and those they have seem to think they're somehow superior to everyone else. Avoid this sterile place at all costs.
An absolute great branch so very helpful and experienced. Kettering is lucky to have this branch of HSBC. Down from the manager, Anne Marie and all the staff. At an unusual difficult time for me soon to be back to normal their advice as been the best.
