The most bullshit experience that has now got me thinking to change my main bank from HSBC altogether!!! Came in once, was told “no”, come an hour before closing time. Came today, 1.5 hours before closing time, was told no for walk in. So, I gather that for HSBC walk ins, customers would have to stay a night before at the branch and do first come first serve? Or hence also they will be rejected as there is no willingness to help?
You wit all weekend because its a Bank Holiday so you check online if hsbc east ham branch is open ONLINE IT STATES THEY THEY ARE OPEN however you go there and it is completely shut untill June maybe allso changed the status online waisting peoples time and money for false information a complete joke
HSBC frozen my bank account since 25.09.2023 because of "suspicious activity" I withdraw £7000 from my bank account from my own money at East ham branch. For this period of time they call me only ones to ask for information about where the money coming from. Also on November I received a letter that says the account will be closed and I have to move ot withdraw my money, but when I went to the bank they refused to do that because my account was still under investigation. Last week I went to this branch to open savings account, Cash ISA, it had a good interest rate Ms Navjot Kumar was very helpful and assisted me with the process and it was very easy. It took 5 minutes to open the account on the mobile app and I was amazed of their service and how fast they were to deal with my queries. I must thank the HSBC Bank for their outstanding service and friendly approach.
