Rude to customer. Customer with no any bad debt or late payment for 3 years. One day, they will shut down your account with no any announcement because they "have the right to close customer's account with no reason"; THEN they will send you a letter about the closure (after closing your account) and when you try to reach their customer services they will tell you that "we informed you" .
Negative stars if possible….This location does NOT exist. The HSBC rep said to go to this location…even gave the the address…IT IS NOT THERE!!
If I could rank this bank a negative, I would. My parents added me to their account so when they passed, I could get their money out. They don't want to release it because my last name changed when I got married. I have shown them my license and a photo copy of my marriage license. Also gave them the name of the estate lawyer to verify who I am. STILL NO CHECK. It's in the lawyers hands now!
If I could I would give this bank a negative star review. My mother is on disability and opened an account with them and once her disability hit her account they blocked her whole account stating it was “fraudulent”. We called disability and told them and they was confused since it is from the government. They refused to answer questions of why its consider fraudulent.
