No counter, so you can't get change from your account. Awarded a few stars, as the staff helpfully directed me to the machine outside which gives £5 notes. But couldn't get any pound coins. Wasted journey really. I had to put my card in the machine four times to get four £5 notes. Loads of litter outside from receipts from the machine too and on the window sills of the building. Have some pride in the appearance of your workplace...

HSBC is now the only bank branch in Catford. The other four banks left taking their atms with them. Most businesses you visit take cards but yesterday I needed some cash. I am not an hsbc customer but went to use their atm. Several people were queuing for machine outside. I went into the branch which was empty apart from 3 staff. I attempted to use one of the 2 atms inside when I accosted by one of the staff members. I was told in no uncertain terms that these machines were for hsbc customers only and to use the machine outs... read more
