They closed our local Portslade branch, so we had to travel to the Hove branch. But now there is no counterservice at all. Terrible Service. They can't assist with even a seemingly easy action. They recommend going to the main branch in Brighton, which is a £4.00 bus ride away x 2 = £8.00 if my husband and I both go because we are both signatories on the account.
HSBC Business Banking - about as useful as a chocolate teapot!
Shocking that they have no way of people drawing out money in branch at Hove. Expected to go outside to ATM. Need one inside - this is a bank after all. Told to go to post office
