Terrible service. Bad communication skills and English. It took 30 minutes for a 5 minute request.
I made an appointment a few days ago for today 20th November at 12.10 to see someone named Eddie Woo. I arrived on time and was greeted by someone in the information desk. I told him I had an appointment with Eddie Woo at 12.10 He looked confused but told me to sit down. He came back a few minutes later asked me to come this way and with a very small laptop in hand he took me to a closet size room only to tell me that he can help me open an account.
