RACIST BRANCH! INCOMPETENT SERVICE! Went to Westfield Miranda HSBC branch today to open an everyday savings account. Was met by a customer service rep named Jackie. Gave them my passport, drivers license and everything else needed to open an account and also answered usual questions. Only to hear from Jackie soon after they can’t open an account for me on the reason of my birth country unless it overridden by her manager.
