The worest experience that I have never been. The staff are off hand and arrogant.
I wish I could rate less !!! Disrespectful and try not to do the job , I have tried to open a new account and visited 2 times in the branch ,each visit spend my 1 hour and 30 minutes, also spend 30 minutes on the phone talked to customer service to help but only waste my time The Asian lady was so rude and unprofessional, the application was completed a week ago and customer service it will only takes 30 min over then phone but the branch is quicker, the lady from the branch just told me it’s not and easy job takes a lot to ... read more
Locks up people's account for weeks without any legitimate reason! The branch is useless as they just call the head office and they won't give us an ETA! How do they expect people to live without money!!! Just don't bank with HSBC, they can't even get basic banking right, pure incompetency!
The Asian lady at front desk is very rude. She sighed and impatient when customer ask questions. Extremely bad customer service !!! 26/03
