如果可以的话一星也不想给，从国内带的现金只能去现金柜台存，工作的那娘儿们mean mean的，我带现金入境找海关申报都没你银行逼事儿多，还要在国外家人的id，一会儿说请示经理一会儿挑毛病又说什么日期有点久？！我家里人不能提前换完钱给我留着等我回国再拿吗？！！一天天的屁事不干就在那挑毛病？我出国旅游在提前跟银行报备的时候还锁我的卡？去香港时来你们柜台换港元也一堆逼事儿磨磨唧唧快一小时才给我换了5000港币？客服天天也找不到人，想在city买个奢侈品包都刷不出来钱，改完限额还不行，破鸡巴银行简直就是垃圾！拜拜吧，注销了，难怪汇丰在澳洲干不下去了，赶紧倒闭吧！

I would like to thank Ashwini at the HSBC Chatswood branch for her excellent customer service and expertise. Ash helped me setup some new accounts in Australia, link them to my accounts in the USA, showed me how to use the App, and explained all the different products to me. She went above and beyond and made this step in the process of moving home to Australia from the USA so easy. Thank you Ash and HSBC!!
Speechless. Absolutely no service. The lady at the service desk simply wants to turn customers away and do nothing. I came all the way to the brunch because I prefer human assistance and at the end she asked me to do things online by myself. No wonder AI may take over human jobs.
