Have to drive for miles to branch now as lots of beanches have closed down. There is always a substantive wait for tellers.
I have never experienced any good service that generally all the major banks provide in Australia. Went to this branch to deposit USD in my account and they are asking we charge $10 for this ?! Excuse me ! I put my money into your bank which you get to invest then you are asking $10 to deposit and withdraw? That is outrageous and unacceptable yet you don’t even provide any interest on the foreign accounts except is a fixed term ! I got what I needed but a lady who was at the front was so unfriendly. Not just to me but to everyone. She needs to learn how to speak softly. She doesn't need to smile but at least use basic polite terms such as "please". A young man who actually helped me over the counter was very good.
I was surprised to see this bank rated only two stars two weeks ago—and after my experience, I understand why. walk in 3 times to set up a proper account? change a trans limit need to wait for 2 days? the worst custom service I every had, honestly the 4 banks are way better than this one,
