I came in to open an account last week and was promptly greeted by Simon. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The account opening process was quick and easy. However, there was some paperwork holdup at the HSBC corporate side for the final account approval. Simon was very responsive and helped to sort it all out. He even explained to me in detail how to set up the mobile app once the account was open. I am very happy with the assistance Simon provided.
