The only resort is that meeting a HSBC in person is more helpful than near useless (actually, useless both calls and site chats) conversations at 1300 with their officers located overseas. Regrettably, this bank sinks down, as in my opinion, progressively.
This is the worst bank I have ever experienced. They freeze your accounts without explanation, lose your funds and offer an overall terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
Really unhelpful when asking for coins. "We dont have coins and wr can't help you." You're a bank that doesn't have money? I bet you'd help me if I was a large business. Can't wait to ditch this bank for Westpac who were amazing.
