Really unhelpful when asking for coins. "We dont have coins and wr can't help you." You're a bank that doesn't have money? I bet you'd help me if I was a large business. Can't wait to ditch this bank for Westpac who were amazing.

我去询问我的卡在境外被盗刷，能不能帮我解决这个问题。一个员工把我丢给了实习生，然后实习生不熟悉业务帮我在处理，突然进来另外一个女员工问实习生为什么要在我的身上花这么长的时间？我被怼得哑口无言？我不是客户吗？什么叫浪费时间。 最经典的事情发生了，在两个员工的共同努力下，她说重新帮我邮寄新卡，注销之前的卡。几周后，我又等来了新卡是我被注销的那张卡，好像她们做了很多，好像她们什么都没做。
