Worst bank in Australia, and that is saying something given the customer service by some of the other banks. Incompetence is breathtaking. The amount of times I was called to verify information which I had already done in a branch or when I called them and was told they were waiting on x or y, which I had already provided/done and had confirmed days earlier with another HSBC staff member or...pretty much any engagement/dialogue with them results in wasting time (both mine and of their staff) because their systems must be so ... read more
