I actually had a good experience here. They opened an account/card for me and answered all of my questions. Only issue was long wait time during my first visit (but it's better than cba, where they just said their line were full for the day at noon). The second time I needed to make a transfer and I didn't have to wait at all, my requests were processed quickly.
Customer service poor. I can't understand the Philipino accent
Couldn’t work out the app since I had a mew phone and phone number, tried to call the customer service but couldn’t help me out. Walked in today and in 15 minutes, Ajaie did everything for me and the app started working again! Awesome service.
Call centre says “just drop in a branch and we’ll get you sorted”. Spent two hours making the trip, branch says “sorry can’t help you”. Worst service ever.
