Came in for an appointment, had to wait a bit, so I wasn't happy in the beginning. Was taken care of by Katie Moore, she knew I was going to be late for my next appointment, so she did everything concise and fast. Very pleased with her service. She made sure all my questions were answered, provided relevant information and made sure everything was taken care of, before I left.
We have held a Premier account in HKG for 14 years. It was extremely useful when working overseas as it has the facility to hold multiple currencies within the account. We now no longer require it and don’t travel to HKG, so in October we commenced the process of closing the account. This proved very difficult when we were unable to attend our HKG branch in person. Terrible service. The biased attitude of the manager named Ussy is completely unacceptable. This is the first time I have encountered this, and the first time I am writing such a review. I am shocked. Zoya.
I rang (and also came into the bank in person) to sort an issue and was initially confronted with quite unhelpful service on both fronts. Once Branch Manager Roland caught wind of the situation, he went above and beyond to ensure that needs were met. He personally talked me through my situation and then directed me to another member of staff who was also very helpful.
Went to this branch & surprisingly, they served other customers who came later than me. I requested for term deposit break but NO update given to me. The maturity date still the same.. In terms of waiting, I have NO idea why they don't have waiting number system. They are completely LOST of who came 1st, who serve 1st.
