Very minimal bank. Not helpful whatsoever. Go bank elsewhere.
Service at this location has always been friendly and quick. There's good parking outside and so it's very accessible. One thing I absolutely hate is when a bank asks me why I'm withdrawing cash or where I got the cash - it's like I'm being accused of something and there's zero respect for privacy. Other HSBC branches in the city do this but this one doesn't - something I really appreciate.
Just wanted to share my great experience. The Assistant Manager, Reta Norrish, went over, and above. I am not even a HSBC account holder, and they handled a HSBC matter that I got stuck dealing with, and treated me better than my current bank does. Thank you!
