While some of the staff there are nice enough, the manager has the thankless job of dealing with a corporate entity that couldn't give a toss about personal accounts. (for that reason, it's hard to fault the people that work there) If the crummy hours don't turn you off, the ATM shutting down at 8pm surely will. Lets hope the RBC merger can retain good employees and this abomination from Hong Kong will cease.

This worst bank ever. They couldn't make bank draft for my house possession and send me over to downtown branch and repeated the same thing over and there is no parking space in downtown I was 30min earlier but 30min late for my work. Don't use this bank

I cant get a hold of the manager of this Kelowna branch, Laurie Udell, after three or four phone messages left. I have been trying since August of 2021 to reach her. It's now September 25th ! I filed a complaint with their head office, about the matter, about three weeks ago, and still no action taken. Previous phone messages left to Laurie Udell were not returned, either. It is so hard to get to talk to anyone on the phone. You have to go through 5 min of listing for options and when you finally get going in the right place you get put on hold for so long (15-20 min). The customer service reps don't know anything. I wish that you can just phone your local branch and talk to them.
