I wanted to thank West Vancouver HSBC staffs, staff members are AWESOME in every way, every time, especially Sara Hamtaee and David Xu who provide you with accurate information and services. Wonderful staffs and fast technology with them.
A great staff! Each time I come into the branch I am greeted with kindness and respect. Front of house staff are always reliable and quick to complete transactions. Great environment comprised of wonderful people.

I have bank accounts with HSBC and other banks too and I also been to different HSBC branches. I think this branch is the most efficient branch. I came in for the investment advice. I stood in the line and soon enough one of the guys from the office came out and greeted me and directed me to the account manager named Edward. He was really polite and helpful.
