Kyle the worst guy to deal with...
My father, who is a senior, went to this branch to cash a cheque and showed two pieces of ID: bcid and health card, both with photo. They asked him if he had a card from another bank, he showed a card from another bank. Well that wasn’t enough, they asked to see his passport as well. Of course no one carries a passport in their wallet everyday so they did not cash the cheque. I do not recommend this branch.
Unpleasant visit at this branch. Disinterested staff who don’t even meet base line service let alone going up and above. Came in knowing they wouldn’t be able to provide me with the full withdrawal amount but assumed it would be better than the ATM. Scoffed when I even asked. I politely asked for whatever amount the best they could do. Came back after a while and gave the same amount as what the ATM would. Had I known, I would have gone to an ATM to avoid this branch’s demoralizing attitude.
Today's visit (Aug) to the South Point Mall branch was particularly disheartening. I was shocked when the branch manager, a middle-aged woman of color, referred to a costomer as a "stupid lady." Such unprofessional conduct is not what I expected from a manager at a reputable institution.
