This branch experience has been awful—staff show little knowledge of products and seem to judge customers by appearance, even long-term ones like myself. I suspect many were former HSBC employees, so a lack of deep product knowledge is somewhat understandable, but management still needs to address this issue.

I had an excellent experience at the RBC Aberdeen Centre branch when arranging a wire transfer, thanks to Client Advisor Pinky Yeung. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and thorough throughout the entire process. Pinky patiently explained all the details, ensured everything was accurate, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel smooth and easy. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. Thank you, Pinky, for your outstanding service — truly appreciated!
Very poor and inefficient service on July 28, 2025. Staff unnecessarily complicated a simple banking issue, resulting in long line-up and unnecessary frustration. The branch manager failed to provide immediate support to staff. I do not plan to return and would not recommend this branch unless you’re prepared to spend an unexpected amount of time on basic services.
