最差的银行，没有之一。员工效率低，态度差，都是HSBC的老员工，hsbc怎么倒闭，都是有原因的。
First time to give one star in google review. This RBC (ex-HSBC) is the worst RBC branch. The staff never care about customer. Even there is a long queue, they just do their own things instead calling the next customers. I never encounter this attitude in other RBC branch. They shouldn’t let the ex-HSBC staff stay in this branch. They should be re-educated to meet the RBC standard.
