Impatient teller. Such a bad experience
Honestly this photo says it all.. Just look at how unhappy your customers are. Whats worse than wasting 20 minutes for a simple cash withdrawal is the obnoxious attitude from the staff at this specific location. There were only 2 tellers available during prime business hours. The 3rd teller magically became available after someone complained.. I understand this was previously a HSBC branch, but if your staff cannot handle even basic teller transactions, you might as well just bring in more ATMs. Whats the point of having 6 t... read more

Whoever Pinky and Michelle are, both person need to get retrained of how to handle customers. Telling customers they are giving you stress is not addressing an escalated situation with your customers. Other branch staff is better
