I visited this RBC branch today to ask if they had any 50-cent coins for my collection. The advisor asked, 'Why do you want coins? We are not collectors, go to an antiques store.' As a loyal customer of over three years, I felt very disrespected by this response.

The teller working their lied about the amount he released from my paycheque and im very sure about him lied is coz we talked aboht it for 10 minutes and then we agreed but apparently not.
Amazing staff, went there for a cash withdrawal, had a pleasant Experience.
