One of the friendliest bank tellers you will meet at a RBC branch. Service is consistent and the customer service team is always reliable.
What kind of branch hours are these? Do they think people don't work?
Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Maybe it's more about the RBC corporation as a whole because this branch was one of the best banking experiences I've had. No line up which was great and the teller was very helpful in dealing with my request (which wasn't easy). Will definitely be back and would highly recommend them.
The worst bank in Canada! I went there and stayed in line for 20 minutes just to get some loonies for laundry, but they refused because I didn't have an account with RBC.
I was making a deposit for the business and this teller was telling me all sorts of fees, finding out if I can deposit over the counter.... hello I just want to make a deposit and you don't have any right to refuse it because we pay for every transaction made. The teller just don't want to fill up that deposit slip!!! They are becoming lazy and spoiled!!!
