I went to this branch TODAY to deposit cheques from my boss for her company, something I’ve done many times before without any issue. I had all the correct deposit information with me, yet the first desk attendant on the left refused to help. Not only did she fail to do her job, but she was also rude and completely unprofessional. I've been rbc client for 2 decades. This place is one of the worst branches I've ever been. I stopped by to pick up some cash after spending over half an hour at home and failing to find a number to call the branch. The Asian looking teller who I faced with appeared extremely rude. She didn't answer my questions about how to get in touch with them by phone call. She didn't provide instructions about my banking issue.
