I've been rbc client for 2 decades. This place is one of the worst branches I've ever been. I stopped by to pick up some cash after spending over half an hour at home and failing to find a number to call the branch. The Asian looking teller who I faced with appeared extremely rude. She didn't answer my questions about how to get in touch with them by phone call. She didn't provide instructions about my banking issue. Terrible and rude staff. Treating me like a criminal because I lost my debit card. Asking me why I get so many e transfers. This is the most unprofessional branch and miserable staff I have ever encountered. Stay away from here.
