Were reliable enough for ATM needs but got bought by RBC and don't allow Exchange Network affiliated credit union customers to withdraw money even when the date for no withdrawals on the ATM say it would not end until a few weeks from now. No warning for customers.

This branch seems to be understaffed and under-trained. Everything is really slow. The customers next to me and waiting after was also complaining. I was taking out preordered cash and it took them half an hour. The person assisting me then counted a large amount of cash LOUDLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF ALL THE waiting CUSTOMERS AND HAVE ME WALK RIGHT OUT WITH THEM. I like this small branch. Every time I've been there I get helpful service, either opening new account and getting a credit card or just going to the teller. The only reason I don't give it a five star rating is because the branch entrance is never clean and for me, those kind of details are important.
