I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this branch. The service was absolutely atrocious, and the manager was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. They flat-out told me to go to another branch because they only had one employee available, despite the fact that no one else was there. After waiting for a grueling two hours, I was finally able to get what I needed done. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will certainly not be returning to this location. I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
One of the most worst branch I have ever seen. They are very rough and no respect for customer at all.
The worst experience, this is the second time I made this mistake and I came to this brunch. It does not matter what transaction I was asking for the first time or the second time , the time to process the request is ridiculous, the second time I was there from 09:30am to 11:30 for a simple transaction, the lady asked me same question more than 3 times and then the manager did the same and she had to call head office to confirm for a simple transactions.
