I went to deposit some cash and the customer representative just refused to help me. Didn’t bother to ask anyone for advice or check our financial history. Flat out refused service. Went to the other branch on Current DR, no problem at all. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The Premier Account Manager in this branch is the worst of all location in town. I have requested to close up my account in Sep, 2023. And it’s still not done because they ignored numerous requests and kept charging. Update #1 - they revise the charges and I have to go in branch to finish some paperwork, which is fine. Update #2 - When I get to the branch, they told me I have to pay for the charges. Luckily I have everything recorded. But still, they can’t figure how to close my accounts without charging me whatever they sho... read more
