I'd gone into the RBC today and was greeted by Yulieth Escobar, She was friendly until I'd told her that I was looking to get a new card sent to me as my old one had expired. She immediately gained an attitude and started making snarky comments, visibly annoyed she had to help me. Instead of further dealing with the mistreatment I'd asked for a manager to assist. I would not recommend this branch based on my recent encounter. The lack of professionalism from the employee at the front desk named Youssuf, made me feel uneasy about my own money, which is completely unacceptable. I hope that improvements are made to prevent such experiences from happening to other customers in the future.
