Hands down the slowest banking service in the city. Unbelievable two customer counters only and the staff takes forever to process single customer. Add more counters and maybe the staff need more training. 👎

Waited an hour to replace my broken bills and the line didn’t move. The staff were sitting around while ONE counter was open. Finally they served out terrible candies and chlorine filled water. Never coming back
Have never had a problem with HSBC! Even out of Province they have been Great! Hoping RBC has the same kind of service and care for their customers like the HSBC staff have for us!
