Very kind, willing and helpful staff.
It has been my pleasure banking at this branch with the received exceptional and effective service. Particularly, meanwhile dealing with adversity, staffs were dedicated to deliver assistance with the utmost efforts and abilities.
I paid my my credit card multiple times here. Some elderly man told me I cant pay it here cause I dont have an account with rbc. What a joke. Dont go here worst service ever. Hes an ignorant teller. Why give me a credit card dont let me pay there. Get your teller in order all other staff except that one gentleman who think hes better the everyone else. Another rbc accept my payment no problem.
Morris Tong was down right rude and condescending. I would look at hiring tellers with a better attitude that actually have an oz customer service training. Truly despicable service!
The front desk employee i think name Winnie seems untrained, if she is new, I will be patient, but when she speaks unprofessionaly, I feel insulted to visit a professional place. Instead of finding a solution, she basically speaking in a way trying to say she made no mistake, does not want to offer any support nor seeking for her manager's support. Well, we are trying to get help there, not trying to pick a fight in the branch, I had to go to another branch to get the same job done, This is ridiculus how the service quality ... read more
