Best bank
Very convenient, I was there today at 11:15am - no people in line, the lady who helped was very kind and professional, it took me just a couple of minutes to do a bank draft. This will totally become my go-to RBC branch in downtown. Strongly recommended!
Absolutely terrible serivce everytime I've gone. Always questioned on everything im trying to do and told made up rules as to why things cannot be done or are done the wrong way. I will actively avoid this location from now on and go to another location that actually wants to help.
