I came to this location by chance as I was in the vicinity and had a prior frustrating and negative experience at the Walden branch. The young woman and her supervisor assisting me were both very pleasant, professional, efficient, and competent. Daniel from the investment side of things was also a pleasure to deal with. Wilson is THE BEST finance Advisor I have ever met! He is dedicated to solving clients’ questions in our shoes, very kind and helpful, and has amazing personality. Very appreciated each valuable conversation. I will say it’s rare but lucky to meet a FA or general bank agent like him!
Jennie Kam at this branch went beyond her duties helping us with closing out a couple of accounts. She also took time to offer additional assistance, ensuring everything was perfect.
The only thing I don’t like is I have two separate cards one for online shopping one for regular shopping other then that super knowledgeable
I had a moderately complicated transaction to do and it was done professionally and smoothly. They even gave me this little thank you envelope of tea samples. Its supposed to be a thank you for my patience, and while it is appreciated, there was no need for me to be patient as there was no delay. Banking as it should be.
