The front desk employee i think name Winnie seems untrained, if she is new, I will be patient, but when she speaks unprofessionaly, I feel insulted to visit a professional place. Instead of finding a solution, she basically speaking in a way trying to say she made no mistake, does not want to offer any support nor seeking for her manager's support.
